Staff communicate well, and the hotel has a good feel, like a more expensive place. The food menu is on the costly side and may not suit everyone. Room prices started at 1200/- after bargaining, plus 12% GST. If you're here on a business schedule, it may suit you; for a leisure trip, it's up to you. Thank You.
We ordered food at 10:30 pm, but it arrived after midnight even though we called reception many times. They also didn't provide a bath Shop for bathing. The service was very lazy, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.
The food was good and the Super Deluxe Rooms were nice. Service was quietly nice, too, and it was value for money. My experience here was super excellent! Don't book online, go to the place and book a room instead, since online prices are very high.
Service was excellent and prompt, and they attended to all our requirements. The market-area location is great, and the rooms are good. The lowest-priced room is a bit small but workable, though I'd suggest leaving that one.
Even for just one night, this was a very bad stay. The bathroom was unsatisfying, the geyser wasn't working, and the doors wouldn't close properly. The rooms were very cold, and the man at reception was rude and charged for everything, even the first water bottle. There are many areas where they need to improve. A very bad experience.
