The stay was good overall, and the rooms were clean and neatly kept. A few cupboard doors were broken and needed maintenance. Breakfast was disappointing: we got only three pooris and tea, which wasn’t a good breakfast.

The breakfast was the biggest letdown at Treebo Symphony Hotels & Resorts, Angamaly. There was no buffet, and service didn’t start until after 9 AM, which was far too late when guests may need to leave early. When we asked, staff just said breakfast would come after 9, as if the delay was normal. What arrived was cold and tasteless, nothing like Treebo’s usual standards. The rooms also had questionable cleanliness, unreliable hot water, and basic amenities that weren’t properly maintained. Service was very slow, and staff were unresponsive and careless, which made things more frustrating. The property is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but the management and service didn’t meet basic standards. For the price, the stay felt poorly managed and disappointing. I’d advise others to avoid it and find another option nearby.

We booked rooms for the family, but unfortunately needed to change the booking to just one person. The customer support line wasn’t working, so I ended up paying extra for that one person. The service didn’t match the hotel’s rating, and breakfast at 9 was much too late. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness was zero, there was no hot water or bathroom necessities, and we left within an hour of checking in. A very bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend it.
