There was plenty of room, with an L-shaped sofa and a dining table and chairs. Attendants helped carry luggage both to the room and back, and cold water was available from reception to refill. The TV worked. There's open, free parking in the apartment compound, though you have to find a spot yourself. There's an e-rickshaw just outside the gate, but bargain hard. A few things were frustrating: damp walls, no bathroom towel, and the room fridge and bathroom geyser didn't work. The AC took a long time to cool, and the fan was very slow. One split AC felt a little inadequate for the room. There aren't many places to eat or spend time outside. I didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. Milk for a baby was available, but cost nearly 70 bucks per glass and had to be ordered before 1030 pm.

I booked one night through Trip.com on 12th Oct-25 and reached on 15th Oct 25, only to learn that the hotel had not been operating for more than a week because of legal issues. Yet the big booking platforms and TripAdvisor still featured it, and bookings were being taken. It feels like tourists are being cheated and made fools of. I have evidence and can show it. I'm now fighting with Trip.com to get my money back. I booked based on the information on its website and TripAdvisor, so don't trust what they show. I'm sharing this because I don't want another innocent tourist to have the same trouble or fall victim to online fraud by paying in advance. I hope this helps others. I have all my proof.

We were there only from night until morning, but the atmosphere, food, reception, and room size all left a good impression. The rooms are spacious, almost like suites, and the reception was nice. It's a very large property, more like a gated community.

The rooms were filthy and poorly equipped, and the advertised 5 star rating is misleading. The property isn't even worth 1 star. Getting extra bedding meant they pushed two sofas together without a mattress. Some rooms had a broken flush, others a broken jet spray. It's in a very remote spot, with potholes left open. Worse than any other place in Vrindavan I've seen. Please don't stay.
