Please don't stay here. It was the worst stay I've had. After just one night, I had to go to the hospital the next day with a skin condition, which I believe was caused by insects in the room.

A very good residency with all the facilities provided. The management also does well with customer relations.

There are vegetarian food options and enough parking, and it's easy to reach if you take the service road. It is a little costly, with no complimentary items or toiletries. It's okay if you're in a hurry, tired, and don't want to look for somewhere else. Once you're past Karur, the next place to stay is Salem.

The kitchen hygiene was pathetic, and with a bar attached I wouldn't recommend this lodge for ladies or kids. We got the contact number through Sivamurugaa Veg Restaurant, and it was a very bad experience. They were quick to collect the balance as soon as we arrived, but the service was poor. They said over the phone that there was a geyser, but once we checked in, it wasn't available. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes for hot water, and the staff were rude. The lift stopped in the afternoon. Our function ended at 1 p.m., but elderly people couldn't take the stairs, so we couldn't leave the lodge. We waited 4 hours for the lift to work again. Poor maintenance wasted a lot of our time. I'd give negative stars if I could, but had to choose one.
