The food selection was wide and tasted great, with an authentic feel. Staff were kind, helpful, and quick, and the elevator had a nice view. The room was a letdown, though. The card lock made the door extremely hard to open, and the bathroom lock DIDN'T WORK, which was a huge disappointment. Still, a great hotel to stay in Karur and definitely worth it.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, which made my visit so enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it! ✨😊💖👍

It didn't look anything like the online pictures, and it wasn't worth the money. The receptionist was rude, the bathroom was dirty with a stinky drain, and the towels were dirty too. In a double occupancy room, toiletries were provided for only one person. Breakfast was average, below the standard of other 3-star hotels.

Memories make life! Our team of seven stayed at the hotel for a week in 2001, if I remember right, while working on a project called 'combing'. A team of 20 spent a week visiting tractor customers in every village. We made tons of good memories, emptied the kitchen, partied, and read out our tough travel days. There were also demanding customer meets and business lunches. Back then, the hotel and its people felt fresh. I'm happy to see that karur residency still holds the reign. This isn't really a review, more a reminiscence.

It's calm and well-maintained, and the staff were pleasant. The ambience is nice, and it's very close to the bus stand, with easy access to the Madurai, Trichy, and Coimbatore NH roads. Totally super.
