ARNISA Kasauli - A Boutique Hotel

We were there on 14th and 15th Feb 2026 for a group gathering to celebrate my friend’s parents’ 50th Anniversary. It was a nice experience and a lovely outing in the hills. The food was average but good, with good portions, and breakfast buffet was ample. The rooftop sitting area was clean and well maintained, with a wonderful view of the mountain valley. You don’t even feel you’re at Kasauli’s mountain top height. Rooms and washrooms were modern, clean, and well maintained, as were the premises, lift, and approach. It was easy to locate, enter, and park the vehicle. Reception staff were smiling, courteous, and prompt. Room service was one of the fastest I’ve experienced, and the staff were accommodating and courteous. Manager Thakur ji especially took care of management, service, and guests. One of the best properties in Kasauli Hills. Thank you for your courtesy.

For three nights at Hotel Arnisa in Kasauli, I found it a comfortable stay overall, though a few things are useful to know before booking. Make sure to choose a valley or mountain-view room. The other category faces a wall and has no view, which really affects the experience in a hill-station setting. The property seems fairly new, with modern, well-done interiors and comfortable rooms. I had an unpleasant interaction with the receptionist, who I think was named Sadhana. When I pointed out dust buildup in the room, her first response felt dismissive, something like “there will always be some dust if you’re staying.” She acknowledged and addressed it only after I showed her. At checkout, I politely asked whether there were any discounts on the bill, and her response felt a little abrupt. I wasn’t expecting a discount so much as a warmer, more professional interaction. Most staff were polite and tried to help, but for a hotel charging close to five-star prices, service could improve. The restaurant was my biggest disappointment. The food tasted okay, neither bad nor great, but prices felt very high for the small portions. It’s about fair value for what you get, not affordability. The room looked clean at check-in, but later I noticed a thick layer of dust in the corners. Housekeeping should ideally catch that, and feedback could be received more openly. Hotel Arnisa has potential: it’s peaceful and modern, with genuinely good rooms. Better staff training, more careful housekeeping, and a rethink of restaurant prices or portions could make it a top contender in Kasauli. For now, it’s comfortable if you pick the valley-view room and keep your expectations around food and service in check.

The hotel felt elegant and warm throughout, and it’s a lovely place to relax in the lap of nature. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had stunning mountain views. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially sadhna mam and Rakesh, who made sure guests felt at home. The food was top quality, with a nice mix of local flavors. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Waking up to sunrise over the hills was unforgettable, with fresh mountain air and stunning valley views. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, and our rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful, making everything smooth and enjoyable.
