Blossom Resort

The staff had an unnecessary attitude, as if to say, “we are Blossom,” even though the food was nothing special. For the high prices, the facilities and service should match. The rooms are very dated, lack basic hygiene, and need renovation. It was overpriced and quite disappointing.

The food is really delicious, and the staff are polite and always ready to help. There’s a small parking area, though weekends get quite busy. The resort has a swimming pool, small garden, recreation room, restaurant, bar, and room service. It’s on Gadkhal road, roughly 5 km from the main Kasauli market, with a lovely view from the roadside setting. Do visit, you’ll enjoy your stay.

Mr. Raj Thakur, the manager, personally looked after every guest, and the nighttime karaoke was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. We had a pleasant stay at Blossom. The hotel was good and the service excellent. I’d recommend it to guests.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t good, though the a la carte food was good and a bit overpriced. The resort sits about 4-5 km from Kasauli’s Mall Road, making it a quiet retreat that’s still accessible to town attractions. Sunrise Point is around 2.7 km away, Christ Church about a 25-minute walk, and Manki Point roughly 10 minutes by car. Each room has a balcony with sweeping views of snowy peaks and green valleys. The place has boutique charm, mixing contemporary decor with hospitality rooted in local ethos, and feels peaceful and restorative. The resort offers an on-site restaurant with Indian, continental, pizza, local, and grill or BBQ options, plus indoor and outdoor seating with scenic views. Other facilities include a fitness center, free Wi-Fi, karaoke, pool table, ping-pong, badminton, themed dinners, evening entertainment, bonfire, conference hall, kids’ slides, board games, doctor on call, laundry, and bar. There’s a room with balcony views. With all this, it suits families, small groups, or couples looking for leisurely downtime.
