Shubham even tracked down my charger after I’d lost it by accident and made sure it got delivered safely to my home three days later. That kind of care summed up our stay. We came to celebrate my parents’ 25th anniversary, and the owners and staff helped with all the little details. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, and the food was superb. The hospitality felt warm and personal. They also really care about pets. They took care of my dog’s accommodation, food, and comfort, so the stay was stress-free for both of us. Thank you to the owners and the whole staff for making the celebration memorable. A lovely choice for families and pet parents.

The peaceful atmosphere made Hadley Inn a relaxing place to stay. My room was clean, looked after, and had the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever I needed something. It was a comfortable, easy stay and I’d recommend it.

The food was fresh, delicious, and a hit with both the adults and kids. I’ve stayed here twice: first with 15 people for my cousin’s bachelor party, and later with my family for a get-together of 40, including 24 adults and 16 children. On both trips, the staff were accommodating and did a lot to make sure everyone had a good time. I’d recommend the place for family gatherings and group stays.

The rooms were spotless, and check-in went smoothly. Staff were attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout. A really hassle-free stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

We were comfortable at Hadley Inn, Kasauli, though the room view wasn’t much to look at. The rooms were clean and service was quick and friendly. They even arranged a lovely live singing evening. It’s a little away from Mall Road, but local buses make it easy to get around, and Dharampur is only 2-3 km away. There’s also a cute cow shelter outside.
