Hotel Himgiri By OYO Rooms

The pool area and luxurious rooms were a highlight, and the meals were delicious. Hotel Himgiri had spacious, clean rooms with amazing views. The facilities and atmosphere felt luxurious. We loved our stay and would come again.

We paid in advance, so when they wouldn’t move us after promising to change rooms, we had no real option but to stay in the awful room. I’d booked a deluxe room based on the photos, but they gave us a cheap room at a high price. I was completely disappointed and would never recommend this place. Don’t trust the pictures, the actual condition is even worse.

The bathroom water supply was poor, and when we called for help, they just told us to wait until morning without offering a fix. Service was bad overall. They charge more than the price shown online, and if you ask about booking online, they may give you a small room that wasn’t shown there. Check the reviews before visiting, or the experience could ruin your trip.

The location was the only thing worth two stars. We planned a two-day visit but cut it to one because the service was so bad. The sheets, pillows, and quilt given to me and my family were filthy, and I couldn’t sleep all night. Once they had our money, nobody responded to requests for room service or cared that we were unhappy. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the AC remote. The charges were far too high for the service. It was a horrible experience that spoiled our trip. Better not to book here and ruin your holiday.
