The staff were very polite, attentive, and professional, and the hotel otherwise has a lot of potential. Rooms are comfortable and the food is good, but several details were disappointing. The website mentions a kids’ play area, though in reality there’s almost nothing for children beyond one small slide. The curtains let in the early morning sun, making it hard to sleep, and the centrally controlled balcony light can’t be turned off from inside the room, which is inconvenient at night. At buffet breakfast I asked for mushrooms in my omelette and was told they would cost extra, which surprised me. I hope management looks into these issues.

The balcony gave us a breathtaking mountain view, and the service was excellent throughout. Woodstock Luxary is a beautiful spot with luxurious rooms and high-class facilities. We enjoyed the terrace restaurant for its great food and relaxing atmosphere, and there’s a chill area at the back for badminton and basketball. A lovely, peaceful place for comfort and luxury. Highly recommended.

The staff made this stay for me. My elderly family member could barely walk and relied on a wheelchair, and they helped by lifting her in it to breakfast and between the hotel and the parking area on a slope. They made sure she was comfortable. The location was calm, away from busy, chaotic areas, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a good view. Breakfast was average, with the basic options. We enjoyed our stay and their hospitality was great. I’d consider coming back.

We had a valley view from our room, and the location was perfect. The food tasted just like home, so kudos to the chef. At Hotel Wood Stock luxury Kasauli, Mr. R L Chandel’s team treated us politely and respectfully, with delightful service. It was an exceptional stay and a relaxing place to enjoy a vacation. I’d certainly recommend it.

Everyone in our group, from the children to the adults, was completely happy with the stay. The staff were warm, and Sunil was especially sweet and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The property exceeded what was promised, and it’s beautiful. Saturday’s bonfire was amazing, and the food was delicious. A full 10/10 for us, highly recommended!
