Breakfast was nice, with a different Indian option each day, like aloo paratha, puri bhaji, upma, pohwa, tea, or coffee. We could also order from Ashirwad, whose menu was in the bungalow. The food there was decent, though not outstanding. We tried daal fry with jeera rice and daal khichdi one day, then Punjabi dishes the next. Jain food was on the menu too. We stayed two nights, and it worked best as a group trip. The 4BHK villa had a balcony and a view, and it cost us 3240 per person for the two nights, breakfast included. There are 180 bungalows in the area, and it felt safe at night. The caretaker was available around the clock. When we called at about 3 a.m. because there was no gas in the kitchen, he brought us a microwave so we could make something. The service was really good. We had a great two-day stay.

The caretaker was helpful, and breakfast was good. Our group of four couples had a clean, roomy 4BHK villa, with a great balcony view. It was easy to get to and close to the main area.

Booking was quick and easy, and the service was on time. The villa was clean, with a large, well-kept private garden. The location was good, though the view wasn't much. The non-veg food and breakfast were excellent. The living room could use more furniture and better interiors.

The facilities and amenities could be improved. We booked two of the three rooms, which worked out okay for us, but sharing a villa with strangers would feel scary. It's a villa, even though they advertise it as a hotel.

The house itself was fine, but the way the place is run felt unprofessional and focused on cash. There was no rate card, and charges seemed to depend on the house caretaker. The online rate showed Rs 3400 per night, but when I called, the manager quoted Rs 5300. When I pointed out the online price, he said it didn't matter to them and that they'd reject my booking if I booked online. The manager came across as very unprofessional and greedy. I don't believe they're operating with a hospitality mindset.
