There were used condoms under the bed, the sheets were dusty, and the pillows had marks that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. When we asked for fresh sheets, we were told the laundry person wasn't available. The kitchen was filthy, smelled like rotten eggs, and had no utensils or crockery. The induction unit was dirty and broken, and after we requested another one, we had to wait an hour for it to arrive. The rooms weren't ready, the upstairs rooms had water problems, and cleanliness was below average. The villa was in terrible shape, and the staff and Oyo offered no help. The caretaker, Mr. Jeevan, wasn't helpful either. When we asked him for help, he said it was a part time job and seemed not to care what was happening at the property. Don't be taken in by the booking photos. The place is a mess, even at a low price. Other homestays and villas cost the same and are much better. The property is also listed as hiranandanis homestay, so don't get fooled. It was a horrible stay. Please don't book it at any cost!

We were there with family on a trip, but nobody attended to us for three hours. The rooms weren't ready, and the villa had nothing inside it. The only caretaker, jeevan, was rude and abusive and wouldn't help with anything. He even saw us with our family and called some cheap boys to fight with us. They have no manners. The location was the worst, and everything about the stay was awful. I would never recommend it. I ask Oyo to remove jeevan from the property, and if possible, the whole property from Oyo because it's bringing Oyo's name down. Never stay here.

We got three rooms, a hall, and a kitchen with a few utensils for 2,600. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice. It's in a remote area with nothing nearby, and the closest market is 4-5 km away, so bring your food and other supplies in advance.

There's no water by default, so you have to call Jeevan, and there were no soap, towels, or sanitizers when we arrived. The bathroom jets didn't work either. Pigeons on the roof may wake anyone staying on the top floor early 😂 The villa is one of only three buildings in a remote area. The single lane road from the highway at Giani Dhaba is in poor condition, and I wouldn't take a sedan there. Although the address says Kasauli because it's in Kasauli district, it's nowhere near Kasauli Cant or the road to Kasauli Mall Road. Oyo also lets you down by not visiting or keeping an eye on its vendors.
