The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, and both breakfast and dinner were freshly prepared with good variety and authentic taste. The food was delicious, and the hospitality made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. The stay felt worth the price for the comfort, cleanliness, service, and location. Great for couples, families, or a peaceful solo trip. I’d love to return, and highly recommend it for a relaxing, comfortable mountain break in Kasauli. The location was quiet, away from city noise, but still close to Mall Road and Sunset Point. From the window and balcony, the mountain views made the stay much better. Having morning tea with that view was pure peace. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained from the moment I arrived. It had a cozy bed, soft pillows, warm blankets suited to Kasauli’s cool weather, and modern furniture with a homely feel. The wooden interiors gave it proper hill-station vibes, and waking up to misty mountains and fresh air from the balcony felt magical. Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels, hot water available 24/7, and good-quality toiletries. The room smelled fresh and was cleaned daily without reminders. Overall Rating: 5/5 ⭐️

The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service made our vacation relaxing and memorable. We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Kasauli, with spacious, clean rooms and lovely balconies. The green hills and misty mountains offered a breathtaking, refreshing view.

The owners were extremely friendly, and we had a very nice stay. The location, scenery, terrace, and the suite’s interior and infrastructure were all amazing. I only wished the lights were a bit brighter and whiter, and that there were a mirror inside the rooms.

We really appreciated how the café helped us out late at night. It normally shuts at 10 PM, but after we slept in the evening, we called around 11 because we were starving. They kindly made curry and 6-7 chapatis at home and charged a very reasonable amount. The café food is tasty and affordable in general, too. Our room was very clean, the window view was something special, and the service was excellent. There isn’t routine daily housekeeping by default like in many hotels, but that’s a small drawback. We had a wonderful stay and would choose this place again when we’re in Kasauli.

The balcony has a cute egg swing, and you can catch a lovely sunset over the valley from there, the room window, or the terrace. The rooms are cozy, with Smart TV. The café downstairs serves tasty food at good prices, and room service is prompt. It’s right on the road, about 10-15 minutes by cab or bus from Kasauli mall road. Local buses are limited, as is common in hill areas. We had a great experience.
