Kumaon Plaza sits on a spacious heritage property with old-style buildings, neatly kept lawns, and plants. We had a very pleasant stay. It’s easy to find and conveniently located for business or family trips. Our suite and rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had the basic amenities. The staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. Food was fresh and tasty, service satisfactory, and the calm setting added to the comfort. It’s good value for money, and we’d recommend it for either a short or long visit to Kashipur. There are plenty of nearby sights and temples, as well as Jim Corbett National Park and other places of interest, so it could make for a worthwhile holiday. The property also seems well suited to destination weddings and large parties, with plenty of dining areas, banquet space, and rooms. Best wishes to the owners for keeping up the great hospitality. The buildings were originally constructed in 1905 as a Ginny Cotton Mill by the famous Badhwar Family. Late Mr. Anand Gopal Badhwar, the present owner's father, later turned the property into a hotel and banquet venue. His daughter Ms. Arti designed the interiors and runs the property. When she's away, her brother Ashish takes care of operations and maintenance. V. Saili

The staff were so helpful, polite, and understanding, always ready to assist with a smile. I stayed for seven nights and had a wonderful, memorable time. The food was excellent, the hospitality fantastic, and the atmosphere made me comfortable throughout. I honestly couldn’t find a single negative point. I’d happily come back.

I’m the principal of PM Shri. GPS. Jhabrera School Haridwar Uttarakhand, and I came to IIM Kashipur for training. My stay at kumaon plaza hotel at Kashipur was excellent. The location is wonderful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing visit. The food in the room was very good, and every hotel employee behaved well. Staff deserve special mention for being courteous, prompt, friendly, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. I recommend staying here for a homely feeling and a brilliant experience. We held a meeting here today, and everything went smoothly, thanks in part to Manager Mr. Adity Gupta. He was proactive and attentive, and his support made the event stress-free. The staff were courteous and well behaved, and the entire premises were very clean. The rooms and Mansion Hall are nicely decorated, and the arrangements were excellent. I’d recommend the place for meetings, events, or a comfortable stay. The ambience, service, and hospitality make it stand out.

It was easy to get around Kashipur from the convenient location, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere made the stay pleasant. At Hotel Kumaun Plaza, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and hygiene was well maintained. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, or anyone wanting a comfortable, hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely visit again.
