The common room had a really nice feel to it, and it was easy to meet other travelers there. We were close to both the Parvati river and Kasol market, with the mountains all around. The rooms were clean, the staff were warm and helpful, and service was quick. Had a great time at goSTOPS Kasol, and I’d happily come back.

Being near the main market was the one real plus for me. The rooms were cramped, especially for couples, and there wasn’t room for more than one large bag. The mattress was very stiff, and while the bathrooms were okay, the geyser took ages to heat the water. Food was average, power kept cutting out, and the single rod heater wasn’t enough. Getting up to the property is also a struggle because it sits high up a steep path. Helpers are available, but hauling heavy luggage there is still uncomfortable, especially for older couples. I’d give the stay 2 out of 5. It was below average.

Rishabh, the night manager at goSTOPS Kasol, was a real gem, friendly and supportive, and made my stay memorable. The hostel has a cozy feel and great mountain views, with clean facilities and a handy location. It’s rated 8.0/10 overall. There are pet-friendly rooms, free WiFi, and a front desk open 24/7.

Rishabh and Nitish really made the visit memorable with how helpful and welcoming they were. The rooms were clean, and the whole place had a great, friendly vibe. I had an amazing stay at goSTOPS Kasol and would definitely recommend it.

We got an early check-in, and the manager was experienced, friendly, and glad to help. The location is absolute gold, and we even got to see snow. Only gripe: the pool cue was broken. There were four of us traveling solo and ready for a game, so better sticks would’ve been nice.
