The place has a relaxed feel, good for meeting friends or coming by yourself. Service was pretty quick, and the staff were polite. I tried a few menu items; they tasted fresh and were well prepared, with prices that seemed fair for the quality. It can get a little crowded at peak times, so plan around that. Nice spot to relax over good food, and I'd recommend a visit.

Waking up to the valley view each morning was a treat. The beds were really comfortable, and we liked the luxurious interiors. Everyone was helpful, and the service was great. If you're after somewhere clean and beautiful to stay, this is it.

Virender was especially helpful, polite, and supportive, and made our stay at Malabar even better. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well cared for, with a calm, relaxing feel and great hospitality. Malabar is a comfortable base for exploring Kasol and nearby villages. In about three days, you can easily visit Kasol Market and walk along the Parvati River, take the easy trek to Chalal Village, see Manikaran Sahib and the hot springs, and go to Tosh Village, Pulga, and Kalga. There are also nature walks and cafes around Kasol. A relaxing stay with good assistance, highly recommended.

The staff were very polite, and the room felt almost like being at home. The food they serve was amazing, with the kind of taste you get from a good home-cooked meal, not typical restaurant food.
