They let me check in at 8 AM even though my scheduled time was 2 PM, after checking availability. I appreciated that kindness, and the staff stayed humble, polite, and sweet throughout. The gentleman at the main reception was especially helpful, though I don't know his name. Their warm manner convinced me to extend my room. Room service was prompt, the food was fresh and clean and tasted very good, and the room, bathroom, and whole property were kept neat. The balcony was peaceful and relaxing. A comfortable, memorable stay, and I'd gladly return.

The food was a pleasant surprise: breakfast was satisfying before heading out, and both the lemon coriander soupy noodles and chicken curry with naan were fresh and full of flavor. Our deluxe room was clean, and its 360° balcony had striking views of snow peak mountains, pine forests, and the valley, especially in the early morning and evening. Staff were polite, and the calm atmosphere made for a relaxing stay at The Hillside Kasol.

The warm hospitality is what made our stay memorable. We met wonderful people who treated us like family, and staff were attentive and prompt whenever we needed anything. The food was consistently fresh, flavorful, and served with care. The ambience was cozy and peaceful, a lovely setting for a mountain getaway. Waking up to the mountains and the sound of the Parvati valley was a highlight, and the views felt like the best in Kasol. We'd definitely visit The Hillside Kasol again.

The food was fresh and delicious after a long day in the mountains, and evenings had a calm, almost magical feel that made it easy to switch off from the world's noise. Staff were warm, respectful, and helpful without an attitude, and we felt more like family than guests. Rooms were clean and cozy, with inviting beds and balconies. From the moment we arrived, the mountain and river views brought a sense of peace. The location looked like a postcard. Staying at The Hillside Kasol was an experience, and I have zero regrets. 100% returning.

Right in the heart of Kasol, the property is clean and beautiful, with lovely gardens, a great overall setup, and plenty of parking. The rooms are cozy, have all amenities, and look out over the mountains and village. The super premium rooms include an extra bed. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and sitting in the superb dining area. There's also a bar, a bonfire area, and a lift for upper floors. It was quiet with no disturbance, and the city park and market are just a couple of minutes away. The food was really tasty, though delivery took around half an hour. I'd highly recommend it for a family stay.
