The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms clean. When the power went out once because of a fault, they arranged a bucket of hot water for us. Staff were friendly and cooperative, and they offer free pickup and drop-off to bandganga or nearby places. The location is great, close to SMVDK train station and within walking distance of the main Katra market and bus stand. Our stay was perfect, and we highly recommend it for yatris visiting for Vaishno devi mata darshan. Jai Mata Di

The staff were welcoming and very polite. Rooms are spacious, though the bathrooms could be cleaner. The location is a little way in from the main road, which leaves ample room for parking. They also offered a free shuttle to and from Balganga gate, which was an added advantage.

The temple view from the hotel was memorable, and the stay felt well worth the price. They provided free drop-off and pickup at the temple, the staff were polite, the rooms were clean, and hot water was available around the clock.

The food is so yummy, I’ve stayed here twice because of it. The staff are very polite too. 🫶🏻

The reception staff were arrogant and insolent, and nobody arranged to clean the room. When the shower tap turned out to be broken, staff just blamed one another. A really pathetic experience. I’d say skip this hotel and save your trip.
