We had a spacious, clean room, and the bathroom was spacious and clean too. The mountain-view rooms look out towards Vaishnodevi Hill. The property sits on the main road in a very good location, and the staff were helpful. The hotel provided a complimentary drop to Banganga post. Food quality was okay, though there are plenty of other food options outside.

The staff were especially courteous and quick to help, always with a smile. Housekeeping also kept everything spotless throughout our stay.
