The Tulsi restaurant served delicious food. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, with a good mountain view, and the hotel is in a good location. The booking team gave us a good deal and were polite and very helpful. The reception team was polite and helpful as well.

The balcony view was breathtaking, especially in the morning and evening, and the location was convenient for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. Our room was spacious, with interiors that felt both comfortable and elegant. The food was delicious, among the best I’ve had at a hotel, and each meal tasted carefully prepared. The staff made a real difference. They were professional and caring, and the receptionist was communicative and always ready to help with a smile. They really showed the spirit of “Atithi Devo Bhava.” I had an amazing stay here for darshan. Whether you come with friends or family, I’d highly recommend it. The warmth and comfort make you want to stay here on every future visit, and it could easily become your regular place for Mata Rani’s Darshan.

Rats about 8 inches long were roaming freely in the room, and the staff had set cages to catch them without any bait. The quilts stank too. Such a waste of money, please don’t visit.
