Hotel The Vaishvik

Mr.Ganesh Chander- GM really stood out for his professionalism and warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and his commitment to guest satisfaction deserves recognition. We came as an extended family, with senior citizens, children, and adults, and found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail. We had a wonderful stay at The Vaishvik hotel, and I highly recommend it for a comfortable, welcoming visit to KATRA - Mata Vaishnodevi.

Getting a cab or rickshaw was easy, even at odd hours like 3 AM or late at night, because the hotel arranged them without hassle. It’s also close to the main market, and having a restaurant on the premises was a real plus. My room was very clean and well maintained, with all the basic amenities. I spent three days here while visiting Mata Vaishno Devi Temple for darshan. The staff were welcoming, polite, and very supportive, making it a comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katra.

There’s a large parking area with an electric charger, and the hotel owns a few shops where you can buy good stuff. It’s near the Bangagga road entry point, and you can ask the hotel about its free shuttle to the darshan point. The restaurant also serves good-quality food. I had an excellent stay here. Jai mata Di,

The food was awesome, always freshly prepared and very hygienic. Staff were polite and cooperative, the service was top-notch, and the owner was very gentle. It was an amazing stay, and we’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended.
