OYO 42647 Hotel Jmc

The room door lock and the latrine seat were broken, and the bathroom windows were broken too. The sheets weren’t clean and weren’t changed during my 3dsys and 2night stay; they also didn’t change the towels. They didn’t provide the breakfast listed in my booking. The rooms were dirty, damp, and smelled so bad it made you feel like vomiting, with flies inside. The staff behaved badly. This was the worst experience of my life. Don’t book this hotel.

Dear Oyo team, you keep apologizing for this hotel’s bad service and misbehavior without offering a solution. You haven’t bothered to check what guests are experiencing, and your team entered fraudulent details about the hotel without verifying them. The service from Oyo has been shockingly bad and disappointing. I’m asking guests not to book this lodge. I don’t even want to give the hotel one star, but there isn’t an option for that.

The staff were rude and badly behaved. This is a totally third class hotel, don’t go there.

The room smelled awful, and there was no water in the washroom. The service wasn’t good overall.
