After Mata ji darshan we called for pickup, but nobody came, so I had to get back by auto myself. At check-in, owner sunil took the full payment. I'd booked a 3 bedroom, but they gave us two bedrooms, saying no 3 bedroom was available, so we adjusted. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, the bathroom toilet system didn't work, and there was no water supply in the morning. We complained and the water issue was fixed after 1.5 hours. In short, it was a terrible hotel with terrible service. Please check reviews before booking. I visited on 01/8/25.

The bedsheets and pillows were really dirty, and I couldn't find a hotel owner's number to complain. I stayed with friends, and the experience left me worried about my female friend being alone there, even for five minutes. The male staff acted very unprofessionally around women, staring and behaving as though they were trying their luck. I felt girls weren't safe there, whether they came alone or with boys. It was a horrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to girls.

They promised to pick us up and drop us off at Ban Ganga, but both times they took us to Shankar market instead. The staff also behaved badly and made commitments they didn't keep. Don't get caught up in this kind of fraud.

A frightening stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and girls especially should stay away.

I came with my family on Rakshabandhan, and the staff were unprofessional and didn't keep their promises. It felt like they were making fools of their customers. The experience was very bad, and the government should take legal action over this kind of fraud.
