We went in just to ask about a deal, and when they wouldn't negotiate, the receptionist shouted us out. That was a pathetic way to treat us. Shame on SPOT-ON and the owners.

The rooms were dirty, there was no parking, and the water supply was out. The electricity also went off at random times. Staff were rude and badly behaved.
