We had problems with the washroom fixtures and the window AC at Hotel Ambassador, but staff did nothing after we reported them. When we raised the issue again as we were leaving, two staff members were rude to my father and the women in my family. One was a receptionist whose name I don't know. The other was Aarush, who behaved the worst. I'm very disappointed, wouldn't recommend the hotel, and want strict action taken against them.

The rooms were clean and good, and the service and food menu were nice. It's also close to the station, about a five minute walk, with McD and some good restaurants nearby.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it. The hotel was neat and clean throughout, and the lobby had plenty of space. The dining hall in the basement was large enough too. It's on Station Road, about a 10 minute walk from the Railway Station. Our room was spacious and the washroom had quality fittings.

Mr Jyoti was cooperative and personally looked after guests. I was satisfied with his service. The staff were polite and well mannered, and gave us full support beyond what we expected. The rooms were clean, the food service was awesome, and the hotel's atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you, Hotel ambassador. Highly recommended. From Galaxy Holidays, Pune

The bedding and the hotel were dirty. You can find better places for this price, so I don't think it's worth staying here.
