Vythiri Mist Resort

The staff made us feel at home, especially Albin, who took particular care of our needs, along with Rajan, Anjal, the masseuse, and the welcoming ladies whose names I didn't catch. The resort is tucked well into the forest, about a 1km off-road drive away. The scenery is beautiful, and the morning trek to the tea estates has breathtaking views. Nature sounds all around, plus an adventurous walk to the nearby stream. The food could be better, but I'd come back for the hospitality and setting. Kudos to the whole team for making the stay so welcoming 👏

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the whole place felt organized but still relaxed and intimate. Its location gave us both convenience and a peaceful escape. We spent three nights here as a couple, and the warm, serene atmosphere exceeded what we expected. What stayed with us most was the thoughtful hospitality. Everyone we met, from the front desk and restaurant to the garden and room service teams, was attentive in a heartfelt way. Our personal requests were handled quickly and graciously, which made us feel truly valued. Thank you to GM Renju for the thoughtful leadership, FOM Albin for keeping things coordinated, and Chef Prashant and his team for delicious meals and personal attention. We left with lovely memories and would gladly return.

A quiet break from city life, with great service and rooms that are kept in good shape. The à la carte choices were good, though the buffet could use more options. A wonderful stay overall.

Our 11-month-old baby was treated so warmly by the cafeteria team, Aswathy, Vismaya, Vismaya Vinod, and Aneeta, who were caring and attentive and made sure he was comfortable. The reception team was just as lovely with our child and helped make everything welcoming and smooth. We stayed at Vythiri Mist Resort with my husband and found it comfortable and memorable for our little family. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a cozy, calm feel that worked well with an infant. The misty views and peaceful surroundings made the visit even more relaxing. One thing that felt uncomfortable was seeing senior staff correct junior staff in front of guests. Handling those conversations privately would make the atmosphere feel more professional. It's a good option for families with young children, thanks to the comfortable rooms, quiet setting, and caring staff.
