We spotted Malabar giant squirrels and several kinds of birds right around the property, so it’s a great destination for anyone who loves nature and wants to disconnect. The pool and rooms were well maintained, which helped make the stay comfortable. A nationwide gas shortage meant the kitchen wasn’t operating during my visit, so we had to order lunch and dinner from outside. The staff supported us through it and took good care of us. They were genuinely helpful and put a lot of effort into meeting guests’ needs. Private vehicles can’t drive directly to the resort, but staff handle guest pickups and drop-offs from the designated parking area. Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommended for nature lovers.

I liked the property and found the staff warm and welcoming during my visit from 1st-3rd May 2026. The natural surroundings are lovely, and if you want a secluded, raw nature break without going out much, it could suit you. Getting around is the main drawback. Once you park, you wait about 10-15 minutes for the jeep, which is the only way to reach the property. Each ride costs ₹450 for 1.5 km, which feels expensive. Even going out just twice during a two-night stay could bring the total to around ₹1,800, adding quite a bit to the cost. The host mentioned pickup and drop service but didn’t clearly say it was chargeable at this rate. At this price, there are several other good places to stay in Wayanad, so if you expect to head out, it may be worth checking those. The property itself is quite nice, especially its natural setting.

The hosts were helpful whenever we asked for something, and walking in the forest was refreshing. It’s very calm, with birds and the sound of a running stream all around. This is for people who love wild, rustic holidays and want to recharge through forest bathing with only basic amenities. The terrain is a little steep, so it suits younger people and families, but not elders. Anyone looking for luxury should look elsewhere.

The food was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and service really stood out, they went out of their way to help. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were humble and listened carefully, and the food was really good. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package, and they did their best to serve it hot. They also have a small in-house restaurant and kitchen where food is made to order. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The resort is deep in the forest, so you leave your vehicle outside in their secure parking area with security. The off-road trip to reach the resort was a highlight. They also provide music and a fire camp. One of the best stays, I’d say go for it without a second thought.
