There is AC and a geyser for hot water, which were the saving graces for me. Otherwise, the rooms feel crammed into the available space, the entrance and reception are cramped, and the outside of the hotel is hard to spot. There’s no marked parking, so you have to leave the car on the road beside it. Room service is only available for limited hours and wasn’t useful for me. It’s an average hotel with average facilities, and I wouldn’t recommend it highly.

I visit Tumkur regularly and have stayed at this hotel many times. The service is good value for money.

A good budget hotel in Tumkur, with AC and non-AC rooms. The rooms suit two people, and one more can fit with an extra bed. They’re strict about checkout, charging for even one extra hour. They could improve customer satisfaction by being less rigid about that. They should also have backup power ready instead of scrambling when an outage happens.

The rooms weren’t clean, and there was no hot water. I didn’t like the stay.

The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient too.
