The management’s response was the worst part. I hadn’t checked in, but they still refused to return my advance, and the person I spoke with was extremely discourteous and unprofessional. I had paid 50% beforehand, then decided not to stay after seeing the very poor approach road and surroundings, which didn’t match the promotional material and felt misleading. There was no Wi-Fi or mobile signal. When I complained, management brushed it off by saying it was a “jungle resort,” even though another resort just a few minutes away had proper connectivity and much better facilities. Based on my experience, the property falls short on transparency, basic facilities, and customer service. I strongly advise people to avoid booking it.

It’s tucked away from the main city, and the resort is so lovely it feels like a private property. The rooms are nice and have all the basic facilities. There’s a pool, volleyball ground, and rooftop dinner area for some fun. The food is delicious, and the people are warm and welcoming. Special thanks to DURJAN ji for all the thoughtful arrangements.

The rooms, staff, and location are all good, but the drive in needs work. It’s about 20 minutes from the highway, first through a village, then along an unlit dirt road that feels unsafe at night. Getting there before sunset would be better. Apart from the route, everything else was good.

Surrounded by nature, this resort has a quiet, restful feel and is a lovely place to get away from the city. The staff were excellent and the service was outstanding. I’d recommend it for a relaxing break.

Set in the jungle, it’s a quiet spot that works well for a staycation. The balcony has nice views, and the pool view is enjoyable too. Staff were very helpful, and the food was super.
