The stay and food were good value for the money. The location is handy for a stopover, right on the main road, and the rooms are clean, well furnished, and met my expectations. Food was good and reasonably priced too. The trouble was the service. Check-in was a poor experience, which surprised me for a hotel like Park Elite that isn't a budget place. The receptionist stayed on her phone, didn't greet me or respond when I greeted her, and asked for my ID before I could mention my booking. She handed over the keys without explaining the room or floor number, helpline details, or breakfast times. She was still on the call and replied in Telugu, and her English wasn't fluent. The gate staff saw us with our luggage but didn't offer to help, either at check-in or checkout. At the restaurant, the staff didn't know English, so ordering food was a challenge. They didn't know about the food either, and one woman told me she only spoke Telugu. For a premium hotel, these seem like basic service expectations, and staff need more training to help guests who don't speak the local language. Checkout itself went smoothly, though. I'd paid the night before, and the staff member who handled it was fluent and well mannered.

Kalyani gave us professional service and great hospitality. My family had a pleasant stay too. The accommodation was clean and well kept, with spacious, hygienic rooms that felt comfortable and relaxing. Staff were polite and responsive, which made the stay go smoothly.

The haleem at Park Elite is absolutely delicious, with soft, well-cooked meat and a creamy texture. The spices are rich but balanced, and every bite tastes authentic and satisfying. I love Park Elite's food. The quality and hygiene impressed me too. A five-star experience, and highly recommended for haleem lovers! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were attentive, polite, and quick with the service, and the food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Park Elite Restaurant has a pleasant, comfortable ambience that works well for family dining. #Durga A nice spot for quality food at a reasonable price. I'd recommend visiting. 👍

The food could be better, but the room was clean and room service was adequate. I stayed one night while travelling to Kolkata. The location is the hotel's main advantage, right on the highway and next to the airport, which is convenient for people driving along the NH. There's plenty of parking out front, plus a large extra area at the side.
