My sister went a few days ago and has been staying there since. It's a clean, tidy and affordable hotel for a Khajuraho visit, and the staff are professional and polite. She feels at ease there.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and looked after well.

I found the service poor, and it seemed to get worse as the price came down, even though prices could be negotiated. During my stay, the pool was dirty, the AC didn't work, and the shower was out of order. The tap water was scaldingly hot in summer. There was no soap, no water in the rooms, and room service never answered intercom calls. The TV only had free channels, and the fridge was basically a cupboard that didn't work. It felt like the hotel only provided a bed for the night, with no management behind anything else.

The bedsheets, pillowcases, mattress, blankets and rooms were all extremely dirty and unhygienic. A waste of money.

8/10
The pool and little lawn with all its plants make for a nice place to relax. The building is big, though not huge, and the rooms are good. Service was friendly and the food was okay, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. It's not too expensive, so middle-class families or anyone wanting to unwind without spending a lot could consider it for a few days.
