Treebo Indiana Pride

I gave it two stars because the morning tea was good. The hotel looks nice from outside, but inside it was dirty and there were no facilities available. The washroom wasn’t clean, the TV didn’t work, and the staff didn’t understand what we needed. Outside, the vegetable market made the area very dirty and smelly. Bad experience.

The owner called after I posted a negative review and pressured me to delete it instead of apologizing or trying to fix the problems. That’s unacceptable, and it only made an already bad experience worse. I was lucky to get a refund. I don’t recommend this hotel. The rooms were very small and unhygienic, with dirty sheets and broken furniture. The washrooms were in bad shape and unclean. The hotel is poorly maintained and low quality, and the area outside is dirty and unpleasant beside a sabzi mandi.

I had a really bad experience with the hotel’s services and don’t recommend it. I had to ask staff two or three times to do things. They’d say, “Okay sir, we’ll get it done,” but then wouldn’t. The service was third class, and the staff’s behavior was rude.

Just an average hotel. They didn’t provide basic toiletries or even room slippers.
