The location is excellent, but there was no Wi-Fi and the TV had no recharge. The washbasin tap didn’t work, the toilets weren’t clean enough, and they didn’t provide toiletries. They also required full payment in advance.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms aren’t clean. Book through an app, since they charge extra if you go directly.

We had paid the full amount in advance through MakeMyTrip for two rooms on 8th October, 2019, but when we arrived the hotel refused to give us the rooms. I was travelling with three senior citizens, so being left stranded was an especially awful experience. We had to file a complaint at the local police station. I’d advise everyone never to book here. The hotel’s license should be cancelled.

Pramod palace offers high class service at a low price. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. Must go.
