KA Hotel is a comfortable, budget-friendly place in Thirunelveli. The food was tasty, the location convenient, and the rooms clean. Friendly staff and great service made for a pleasant stay.

I tried both the suite and deluxe rooms, and the room size is very good. There’s an in-house restaurant, with lower prices than other star hotels. But there’s no Wi-Fi, and hospitality and room-service response still need improvement.

The maintenance was terrible, and the rooms smelled bad. The bathroom flush didn’t work, so they moved us after I asked, but there was no hot water in the morning. We had to ask for every basic thing. A few men staying opposite kept their door open and smoked, which felt highly unusual for a decent place. Definitely not recommended for family trips.

There’s ample car parking, and the location works well for nearby temples and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well maintained, and the restaurant food is tasty. A great place to stay.

The food was good, and I had breakfast here for all four days. We had no other issues, but the room needs better maintenance. My pillow had black dots, as if it hadn’t dried properly after washing. They also didn’t provide complimentary breakfast.
