The breakfast and dinner were especially good, and every detail seemed thoughtfully handled. Our room was spotless and comfortable with a great view, and the staff welcomed us warmly and stayed attentive. We had a truly relaxing, fantastic time at Pause At Manali and can’t wait to come back.

A good hotel for a short stay in Manali. Whenever I stayed there, the rooms were clean and the other facilities were available, so I can definitely recommend it. My only suggestion is that staff should help carry luggage up to the rooms, but they don’t.

There was no Wi-Fi, and we paid for service that we never received. The food and room service were both very bad, and the staff were so rude. I wouldn't stay here again.

I could see Manali and Hampta Pass from my bed, and the room felt spacious and luxurious for the price. The staff were humble and cooperative, the place was hygienic, and the food was delicious. I stayed for 3-4 days and had a great experience. Don't miss exploring this hotel.

Our group of 19 felt at home as soon as we checked in at Pause At Manali. The staff made the trip special, and the rooms were cozy with peaceful surroundings. As the trip captain, I was glad to see everyone so comfortable. People in the group kept wishing we could stay longer. Pause At Manali brings comfort and caring hospitality together.
