I've stayed here regularly, about once every two months, but the hotel doesn't take responsibility for maintaining the place, the staff, or the interiors. Power cuts can happen, there's a bad smell in the room, and the staff aren't well maintained. They don't apologize when problems come up. I'm writing this from my own experience and would ask people to read it before booking. This hotel isn't good for genuine clients. Please choose another hotel instead of coming here.

There isn't a restaurant inside, and the pillows were awful. The hotel is very close to Khammam rly. Station, while the bus stand is about 2-3 kms away. An auto from the bus stand costs Rs.60. For the price, it feels worthwhile for a short stay or budget business trip.

Right in the heart of Khammam's old city, this hotel is handy for business connections and getting around. The Railway station is very close, and the State Bust Stand is an easy walk with direct transport available. Food can be found nearby up to 11:00 am. It's a budget option for a middle-class traveler, and the affordable rooms can also suit small Associations, get-together's, or functions. For above-middle-class comfort, choose an AC room. The facilities may not be like a 3-star hotel, but you can get something a bit better.

The AC and TV work, and room service is good. The restroom is in very bad condition, the seat covers are broken, and the TV remote is damaged.

I paid 1k for 24 hrs in a Standard Ac room and stayed one day. It was a decent hotel, and pretty much everything was fine. The best part is that it's only a few meters from the Railways station.
