We came to Hotel jbs minerva grand for a relative’s function and stayed while the event was on. The rooms were comfortable, neat and well-maintained, with fresh linens and spotless bathrooms. From check-in onward, the staff greeted us warmly and professionally and made us feel at ease. The whole stay was exceptional.

Our package included complimentary breakfast, but even after following up for over 30 minutes it never arrived. I had to go out to eat. Don't get caught by the breakfast they mention when booking, all that for just 100 Rs of food. The one-day stay cost 2900, wasted. The hotel is tucked deep in a street among houses. The room was good and the check-in team was good too. But they want money paid in advance and the service is poor. Please avoid staying here.
