They took my original charger worth Rs.2000 from the room while I had handed over the key for cleaning. I complained, but the owner paid no attention and argued in favour of their theif staff. Maybe this is their modus operandi. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, a total fraud, and this is the worst thing any customer can experience. They don't even provide clean bed covers. The washrooms are dirty, water is a problem and there's no hot water. No basic bathing kit, dirty towl, no water bottel, and the service is the worst. All they want is your money and they can steal things from your room in your absence. Please don't stay here.

The staff were rude and horrible at receiving guests. I had a payment issue because an online room booking couldn't be reserved, and that was clearly due to the staff. I personally faced this problem. I'd ask every customer to avoid booking this hotel. If you book, you'll definitely face a problem, but it's your choice if you want to deal with that.

The service was excellent, and overall the place was above average for me. I usually don't prefer OYO rooms, but I'm glad we found one here. The rooms and bathrooms are below par and could be improved a lot. Parking isn't enough, so we left our car outside on the road. At 1600 rupees a night, the rooms could look a lot better.

The best thing is its central spot in the market area, about 2 km from khammam railway station. The room was good and neat, and the bed was very good. In a couple room, it can hold up to 4 people easily, maximum 5. Three people can manage to sleep on the single bed if you want to avoid extra bedding. It has a lift and the room service was good. Brooming and moping were done once a day, and the toilet was clean, though during my 3-day stay it was cleaned only one day. We ran out of washroom water for 1-2 hr once during those 3 days, which can be neglected. Even with a lift, you still have to use the staircase to get to the hotel entrance. In my view it's a very good hotel that fits the 3 star hotel segment.
