I felt cheated. The online reviews looked great, but the reality was very different. I called the group customer care number in February, and they recommended this hotel in Lonavala. They took payment in advance, but there was no service. All the rooms were dirty and smelly, and the beds weren't clean. The only room they gave me had no TV, not enough light, and no Wi-Fi. It was the first time I'd seen anything like that. There was no way to change rooms, and even the kitchen service was very slow. It didn't feel like a hotel at all, a dharamshala seemed better.

A great getaway spot in Khandala, though it's hard to find. They should put directions on the main road.

This isn't a resort, it's a private bungalow. The owner is my relative, and the bungalow isn't rented out.
