Zara's Resort

The staff were polite, cooperative, and eager to help, from reception to room service and the dining hall. The property, including the elevators, was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and our spacious room was spotless. The bathroom especially impressed me, with everything in perfect condition, from the fittings to the hot water. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all included in our package, and every meal was delicious and plentiful. We also enjoyed the large open grounds, green lawns, and peaceful evening walks together. Mr. Ayaz, the owner, helped with our booking when we contacted Zara Resort through Google Maps, and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. We’ve just checked out after a wonderful two-day holiday. Zara Resort made it memorable, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing family getaway. We hope to visit again.

I only stayed one night, and my main complaint is that reception never delivered the water I requested by phone. The hotel is clean and well maintained, right beside the main highway, and the location is good. It has two large separate swimming pools, I guess one is for kids, and the in-house restaurant serves good food.

Good quality food and a property that works well for leisure or a short getaway. The peaceful atmosphere, well-kept rooms, and warm, comfortable setting made the stay relaxing. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast Vanilla Milkshake was the best I’ve ever had, and the food was delicious across the board. We visited Zara Resort with colleagues and found it really refreshing. From arrival, the hospitality was great, including a welcome drink that was one of the most refreshing I’ve had at a resort. The swimming pool is long and deep, great for a swim, and I liked that there’s a separate baby pool for families. The professional, well-mannered staff went out of their way to make our group comfortable. Zara Resort brings together good service, nice amenities, and memorable food. Highly recommended.
