The ratings are relative to the options available in this location, but the rooms were hygienic and service was prompt. The food was amazing, just what you need after long safari rides. You can choose their buffet or order ala carte based on the buffet items. The property is close to the safari entry gate, and they pack a breakfast buffet to take along on the morning safari. They also provide a much-needed blanket. It made the whole experience very comfortable.

I stayed three nights with family and friends, including my 11 month old infant. The staff were very cooperative and kindly arranged special things for the baby. Food was good with a decent variety. Special mention to Anand Rahul and Kunj Bihari Yadav from the f&b section, who were warm and very helpful. The rooms were a little old and need more maintenance, but the exceptional service made up for that. khatiya gate is very close, while Mukhi gate is almost 75 to 80 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kanha.

We spent five nights in a delux room at Soulacia resort - the heart & soul of Kanha, and it was a wonderful stay. The property is very green and kept perfectly neat and clean. It’s about 5 mins by car from the kathiya gate of the Kanha National Park. We were told every core zone can be accessed from that gate. The room was large and had modern convenience. Even in the scorching summer sun it stayed naturally cool, and strangely, the a.c wasn’t needed all the time. I never met the housekeeping staff, but whenever we returned from an evening safari, the room felt brand new. The food and service stood out. The whole F & B team was excellent and made meals to our preference. Everything was so yummy. If you love chicken, don’t miss lemon chicken, chicken laziz & chicken kolapuri. The veg dishes, including kanthal ki sabji and stuffed capsicum, were heavenly. The chef checked in after every meal, and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Special mention to Aanand ji and the other kitchen staff, sorry I didn’t get their names, for attentive service. They also packed a hearty, healthy breakfast for our morning safari just as we wanted. After every safari, we were welcomed back with a cold towel and a different kind of drink. The booking for the room and safari went smoothly thanks to the efficient management team. They answered even our smallest questions and doubts with grace and a smile. Last but not least, in-house naturalist Prateek ji is an avid wildlife enthusiast. His sharp eyes for birds and animals made the safari more exciting, and his knowledge and experience kept us hooked the whole way. Thank you, Prateek ji, for going out of your way each time to give us unforgettable, thrilling moments.

I’ve stayed at Soulacia Resort with friends, and this was my second visit. The property is peaceful and beautiful, with all the amenities for an enjoyable holiday. The whole staff is welcoming and does their best to make you comfortable. Food was delicious with good buffet choices. Thanks especially to Mr Prateek, Mr Kunj Bihari and all the resort staff for being so helpful and taking care of our requests. I’d love to stay with them again.
