The peaceful private beach was lovely for switching off, and I felt safe as a solo woman traveller. Security was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed and respectful. The gardens are beautiful and clearly cared for with a lot of love. The owners have an ongoing project to develop the garden, which will eventually reach all the way down to the lake. You can feel the care and vision behind it. I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and the shower was good, a real help in the heat. The whole place felt calm and well looked after. My original accommodation was cancelled on travel day, and they stepped in at the last minute to make everything easy and stress-free. They arranged local travel and helped with my onward journey, which I really appreciated. The home-cooked food was delicious, with lovely local restaurants and street food nearby if you want to explore. There's a very good Ayurvedic practice close by, and they arranged a yoga teacher to visit. I had lessons on the roof overlooking the ocean, which was incredibly special. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and the location is handy for Cherai Beach, but the stay was overpriced and frustrating. We booked 3 rooms for 8 people. On arrival, we were told only 3 people could stay in each room, with 2 on the main bed and 1 on an extra bed. The extra beds never showed up. The room problems were serious. One room's AC and every mini-fridge were broken from the start, then the AC in a second room stopped working too. The fans stopped as well, and there was no backup power at all. We had no water for our entire stay. It only came back the next morning as we were getting ready to leave. When we asked management for a reasonable reduction because of these problems, they refused to take responsibility and argued unprofessionally. They blamed the AC not cooling on us supposedly leaving the balcony doors open. After all that, they took just ₹500 off the bill. I can't recommend this property. Management needs to change their attitude and treat paying guests with respect.

The rooms are a little small, but they were worth the price. Staff were polite, and the location is very good, just 20-30 meters from cherai beach. The property has cherai beach in front and back waters behind it.

I was there for 2 nights with my 3yo son. The direct access to a fairly quiet beach was nice, and the pool was clean and great. The rooms were quite nice too, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. Service was very friendly and accommodating, especially Prakesh 🙏, but the stay as a whole felt mediocre. The food was the real disappointment. At least it was so bland that my 3yo could eat everything without worrying that it might be too spicy.

You can watch the sunrise from your room, and the property is beautifully set by the back water. The garden is well designed but hasn't been maintained. Room service was average: they order food from outside because the kitchen has limited options. The rooms were only average for cleanliness too. It's a thoughtfully planned property with a lot of potential, but some amenities are lacking. The staff were friendly and helpful.
