The staff said they hadn't received the payment even after it was all paid. They also claimed the room was booked for one person, although the receipt says it was for three. They provided a non-AC room despite the booking stating AC. These people are scammers, and if you go there, you're bound to get scammed. Don't book here. This review could save your Goa trip. I'd give minus stars if I could.

I paid 1200 per day for a room with no AC, and the lift wasn't working properly. I had to call for every little thing, including soap and towels. None of the TVs worked, and when I asked for a towel, they said non-AC rooms don't get them. I travel out of station 250/275 days in a year and have never seen a non-AC room without towels before. I'm not satisfied with this hotel. If you go, bring your own towel, soap, and other basics instead of relying on them. Thanks, buddy.

We booked 21 rooms for early check-in at 0500AM, but the owner lady only gave us 12. She started blackmailing us, saying she'd provide the remaining rooms later, otherwise we should take our payment and leave. Her behaviour was unfair and felt like blackmail.

The travel desk can arrange sightseeing around Goa and to other places, with good transport at a reasonable cost. The rooms are neat and well kept, with clean sheets and blankets, and the rent is reasonable too.
