The late arrival was easy to manage: our flight meant we reached Cherish Homestay around 12:00 midnight, and the host was accommodating about check-in. It worked well as a place to sleep, freshen up, and head out to explore Kochi, and the price felt fair. Our room and washroom were spacious enough, clean, and well maintained. There is AC, but using it costs extra, so check that when booking if you expect to need it. For warm drinking water, we were told to use the kitchen downstairs and heat it on the induction stove. We initially got just one bedsheet and had to ask several times for another. Extra pillows on request would also help, since the ones provided were quite flat and a bit uncomfortable. Still, it was a satisfactory stay for basic needs while spending most of the time out.

Mr Daniel was friendly and ready to help whenever we had a question or request. We found the location convenient for getting around and exploring, and the place felt safe and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with what we needed to relax. It was good value, and we had a pleasant stay. We'd gladly recommend it and consider coming back.

The hosts are friendly, helpful, and know their kitchen facilities well. AC comes with a small extra charge. We had such a good time at Cherish that we extended our stay several times. The room is spacious, and you can get anything you need within a 2 min walk. There are some excellent restaurants around the corner, and Princess Street and the water metro are a short walk away. The only snag was occasional wi fi slowdown.

Daniel and his family made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to help. He sorted out laundry services, suggested food, and helped make my 3 nights a wonderful stay. The rooms were super clean and such good value for money. There are lots of food options nearby, and it's a 5 min walk to the beach and local park / shopping centers. Totally recommend it to anyone.

The family running the place was very kind and let us leave our backpacks for half of the day. The location is a plus, really near the fort. I loved the big room, and having a balcony made it even better.
