The rooftop sitting area is definitely worth checking out, and the location made it easy for us to get around. We found the rooms and surroundings spotless, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. Roy went out of his way to meet our needs, even arranging a refrigerator in our room for my husband’s medicine. This little boutique hotel was a real respite during our time in Fort Kochi. I can’t recommend it enough.

We were able to leave our bags there until evening after checkout, which really helped since our bus was late. The staff were kind about it. Breakfast was tasty, with fruit, juice, coffee, toast, and omelettes, and the place was clean and comfortable. It’s close to the Dutch palace museum, and the fort area is an easy walk or about a 10-minute taxi ride away. The location is peaceful, too. Our flight delay meant a very late check-in, but the man at the front desk welcomed us and was helpful. The only snag was the bathroom water: the sink tap and toilet flush only worked when the shower was running. We figured it out, so it was manageable, though it would be good to have that fixed. A really lovely stay.

We booked two nights in Jew town after wanting to spend time in Fort Kochi for ages, and had a great stay. Since the hotel is a converted house, it has a cute, quaint feel, and everything was clean and well organized. Our booking included breakfast, and the staff looked after us very well. We arrived at 1 am, but they were happy to carry our bags straight to the room before we even registered at the desk. Paul and Anish were especially helpful. Highly recommended.
