The pool in the central atrium was a peaceful little oasis, and the restaurant food I tried was excellent. This small hotel is spotlessly clean, with very comfortable rooms and warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff. It's in a perfect spot, just a few minutes' walk from most of the key sites, in an area with a lovely boutique feel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier, and the pool was a great extra. It's a fantastic location, close enough to walk to the main sights, while still very quiet at night. Our room was a little basic, the mattress was very hard, and from our ground-floor room we could hear the person walking around loudly in the room above.

We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. When I asked for fresh sheets because of some old stains, they changed them without any question or judgment, and they were accommodating with our other requests too. The place has the charm and history of a distinctive boutique stay for our visit to Ft Kochi. I'd recommend it to people who enjoy the character of historic properties.

The staff were simply excellent, and the restaurant served delicious food. This comfortable hotel has a traditional colonial style but all the modern amenities we could want. It's well located for a stroll to the harbour and town, and the stay was top class.

We only had a very short visit, arriving after midnight and leaving at 9am the same day. The room was a little tired, but acceptable for such an old building. Staff were very hospitable and the service was great. Breakfast had a good choice and was served in a nice courtyard by the pool. The location is very good for the biennial art festival.
