Pleasant Hill Resort

The owner came into the restaurant to ask for feedback, and the staff at reception and room service were always helpful with a smile. Service was top notch, and the property has plenty to do: a play area, pool, gym, indoor games, restaurant, parking, and valet. You can also arrange Jeeps for sightseeing. The rooms have an awesome 360° view, and the property really lives up to its pleasant name on the way to Munnar. My only real issue was that some menu dishes weren't available, and being asked to order dinner by 7'o clock felt a little odd. The rest was good, and I'll definitely return. I strongly recommend it for families and couples. 5 Star 🌟.

The property feels close to nature, with vegetable gardens, fruit plants, and scenic views all around. Inside, the ambience was peaceful and elegant, and everything was clean and well maintained. We had flavorful food, including a good complimentary breakfast, and enjoyed the barbecue arrangements. Service was prompt, attentive, and professional. The resort also has useful amenities like a gym and a well-designed dancing floor. A comfortable, relaxing getaway, highly recommended.

Mornings and evenings had a soothing feel, and the resort is surrounded by greenery in a calm, beautiful setting. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with the basic amenities covered. Staff were polite, attentive, and helpful the whole time. The food was freshly made, tasty, and offered a good variety. It's good value for money and a refreshing break for families, couples, or friends. I'd love to come back.
