My fellow crew member and I had meal coupons that were valid for just one day. When I found out we didn't have lunch coupons, I said it was fine and that they didn't need to arrange takeaway for us. Mr. Subham Das took the time to understand our work and unpredictable schedule, then kindly arranged our order despite the coupon limit. That consideration meant a lot to us, and his customer focused approach really made a difference. I hope our request didn't cause any inconvenience. We're genuinely grateful to Mr. Subham Das and the whole team at Holiday Inn, Cochin, for their care and thoughtful service. Highly recommended.

I spent 40 days at Holiday Inn Kochi, and the hotel felt homely and comfortable the whole time. Vishnu kept my room exceptionally clean with steady, thorough housekeeping. My family also had a comfortable dining experience at Masala restaurant, where Sraboni, Bonoshree, and Frinto were prompt, attentive, and professional. The service standards were outstanding. Their dedication reflects well on the hotel, and I strongly recommend recognizing and promoting these team members.

The buffet was a highlight, with a great range of food and flavors that kept exceeding my expectations. Restaurant staff were warm and attentive at every meal. My room was spotless, comfortable, and inviting thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Athira and Abheek. From the moment I arrived, every detail showed care and professionalism. Holiday Inn gave me a memorable mix of comfort and hospitality. Thanks to the team. I'd happily come back soon.

Miss ANAMIKA took very good care of us in the restaurant, and Amarjeeth also provided good service as room boy. All the staff, from Reception through to the Room Boy, were attentive and gave excellent service during my 2-day stay, from 25th to 27th April. The hospitality made for a fabulous experience. Supervisor Libin Babu made a real difference during my stay at Holiday Inn Cochin. He was professional, friendly, and attentive to the details, and went out of his way to make sure things were right. The staff were courteous, the rooms well kept, and the atmosphere comfortable. Service, cleanliness, and hospitality were impressive throughout. I had a pleasant, memorable stay, would recommend the hotel, and look forward to visiting again.
