Ibis Kochi City Centre

The location is good, with easy access to the water metro and regular metro, and parking is available. Our late check-in on the morning of 23-May went smoothly. Although we were too late for breakfast, the staff handled it politely and professionally. Mr Allwin made sure we could eat, offering the limited options still available after service had closed. The chutneys were really delicious. For the price and location, the rooms are good, though minimalist in size. The TV had an issue where YouTube would suddenly close, and the bathroom door lock wasn’t working.

My experience at ibis Kochi was comfortable and well organized, thanks in large part to Ms. Sushmita and Ms. Abhirami. Ms. Abhirami at the front desk handled the booking and check-in smoothly. She was welcoming, efficient, and had everything arranged, while staying ready to help with a smile. Ms. Sushmita patiently went through all the details and answered my questions clearly and professionally. She was knowledgeable and attentive, and her warm manner made the interaction pleasant. I appreciated that she explained everything so there was no confusion and went the extra mile to help. Both of them are a real credit to the hotel. Their positive, guest-focused approach reflects well on ibis Kochi, and I’d be happy to stay there again.

The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and I appreciated having dining options in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices, and Ms.Saranya and the team were warm and made me feel at home. The gym was clean and well maintained. My room stayed comfortable throughout my visit, with excellent cleanliness and hygiene. Staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel brings together thoughtful amenities and friendly service, and worked well for my stay.

My first time in Kerela was with my Mum and Mother In Law, who are both 70+. Manager Kiran took great care of us and helped with local recommendations, which made a difference since we were foreigners planning everything ourselves. Sneha, a young lady, also looked after us very well at breakfast. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I’ve stayed at other Ibis hotels, but this one was the best for maintenance, service, and value for money. It felt like a 5 star hotel experience in a 3 star. Keep up the good work!
