Comfort is what sets NM Royale County apart. It may not be the very definition of luxury, but you don't find this kind of comfort everywhere. I stayed for two days in a superior room on 6 & 7 January 2026. From the first phone call to make a reservation, I felt at home, and once I arrived, I was met with warm courtesy. The room and toilet were clean and spacious, and there was hot water around the clock. Though it's close to the highway, the atmosphere was calm. The food was delicious, especially the vegetarian dishes, and there was plenty of parking. Security, reception, service, and housekeeping all gave me no reason to complain. Keep it up. Two suggestions: please consider a stool in the washroom for senior citizens, and a way to regulate the fan speed.

This is my recent experience. There are fraudulent staff who loot people coming to the local Bar. Don't pay bills in cash, use a bank transfer instead. If you hand over cash, they'll say they didn't receive it and make you pay again. There's no evidence, no camera footage, nothing. Just because you've had 2-3 peg, they'll treat you like a thief.

The bar attendant's customer service was really poor. He was rude, never smiled, and made us feel like we were asking for favors instead of paying customers. It honestly seemed like we were spending his money. Very disappointing, that kind of service ruins the whole experience.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the price felt quite affordable. My room was clean and well kept, with all the basics provided, from soap, towels, and a toothbrush to tea, coffee, and drinking water. The restaurant was hygienic and served good food, and security was excellent. I was very happy with my stay at NM Royale and would recommend it.

The food at our birthday function at NM got plenty of compliments, and the team had everything well organized. From the front office through to the managers, everyone gave outstanding service. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end, and they made the occasion feel special. I’d recommend NM as a venue for good food and well-run events.
